I am having the same issue and I have cleared my history, cookies, tried another browser and updated my browser.
Hi, @Hmelissak ! Welcome to the Square Community!
I'm going to outline a few more troubleshooting tips. Please let me know if any of these work!
Check Image Upload Source and Format
Are you uploading a .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF file under 20MB?
Check for Failed Uploads or Corrupted Images
Re-upload the image/logo
Use Incognito Mode
Try logging into your Square Dashboard via Incognito Mode to eliminate browser extension conflicts.
Disable Extensions or Switch Network
Disable ad blockers, script blockers, or privacy extensions.
If you're on a corporate or school network, or using a VPN, switch to a personal/home network
Inspect the Broken Images (Developer Tools)
If you're comfortable:
Right-click the broken image icon > click Inspect.
In the Console tab, check for errors like:
403 or 404 (access denied / not found)
CORS or mixed content issues
If you see 403 errors from something like squarecdn.com, it’s likely a cache or permissions issue on Square’s end.
Try on a Different Device
Try logging into Square from a mobile device or a different computer.
If it works there, the issue is localized to your system (browser profile, cache, etc.
I hope this helps!
