Hi - I recently connected Printful to my Square account. Everything was working perfectly for a while. However now whenever I send a product to my store (from Printful) - I can't see it in the online (weebly) items, yet it does appear in the other item library. Is there a limit to how many products you can push from Printful to Square or is this a bug? It means that I can no longer access products that I've added to my store via the online items which means I can't make them available and update the details for the website. Any suggestions? There wouldn't be a limit on Square's end, but I want to suggest reaching out to our CS Team:
1-855-700-6000.
They will be able to dig into this further to see where the disconnect it or if there is a bug you're experiencing.
