My recurring hours are 9-11:59 Monday through Sunday.. it's just me the owner with an bounce house business. I've navigated through every setting and I just don't understand why it's doing this and perhaps loosing bookings because of it.

HI @Abouncyhouse Welcome to The community. Really appreciate the link to your site. I just tried booking something on your site that was set to 24 hours, and it wouldn't allow me to and showed the No availability. However, when I book this item, that is only set for 8 hours It shows the correct availability options.
So it comes down to your hour settings for the services/rentals. I believe you would need to align those times with your working times, and make a note that it is for a 24 hour rental. That should fix your issue with booking. Let me know if that helps.
I think @Minion hits the nail in the head here! If a service has a duration longer than your operating hours, it will come up as not being available. Let us know if you've been able to update the service duration and if that has fixed the issue! Here's also a handy article on how to manage your service with Square Appointments.
