Items available on specific days

I want  to make certain items only available at certain days. For example we have Vegan Rib on Saturdays and that is only available on Saturdays. I want people to be able to order ahead but the item is only available shows its only available for a certain day but people can still checkout but pickup only shows a certain timeframe/day

Is that possible?
