Triggered POs?

We have a wholesale partner and want to offer their items for sale on our website (hosted by Square as part of their online platform). The flow is, an order is made on our website (we take full retail payment), we then submit an order to the partner with all of the shipping info from the online order with the wholesale payment from us to them. They fulfill the order from that point using the info included in the order generated by us after the online sale.

Is there any way to automate this and have this process triggered in Square? I am trying to avoid having to add more gd extensions to accomplish things that are too labor intensive at any kind of volume.

@chris-setty You can set up some e-mails for orders under the online weebly dashboard ---->shared settings --->notifications

You can specify up to 3 e-mail addresses to get order notifications.  This may have all the info you would need that would auto send an e-mail.  I am sure with the square API you could have a developer set up something to send order details directly to a vendor.  The payment part I am assuming you have a card on file that is charged by the vendor.

Thanks Donnie! Appreciate the help. Makes sense. It would be nice if this could be set by category or vendor or something as I don't necessarily want *all* orders going to them, but this will work in the short term I believe. Thanks!!
