Anyone else’s printer quit working and were told by support that the printer square recommended was not supported by online ordering
Hey @StephenStatha, I apologize for any confusion! I still see our Star TSP 143 models are compatible.
Are you getting an error messages? The printer is connected through USB correct? All our Star 143 models are compatible via USB. I would try these troubleshooting steps:

I’d love to take a closer look into this for you. Can you please confirm which Brand/Model of printer you have? And can you please also confirm what Square Hardware you’re using? (E.g., Square Register, Square Stand).

Hi Katie_SQ We use the square app on an iPad with a card/chip reader and a star 143 printer connected. I’ve had the printer since 2020 and bought it at the person from square that helped me set up online ordering suggestion. It just quit printing orders last Wednesday. It will print a test ticket from the app.

I was told yesterday by support that the glitch is on Square worldwide and an update was going to be issued last night. See what happens when I get to work
