Is it possible to send item description and Price without creating "By link" in square

I sell one-of-a-kind products. I do not want to have to create a new link for each product. My site is made from php code and already includes things like price and description. 

I want to send (POST) a price and description to Square for processing and avoid the step of creating a link for each one-of-a-kind item

Hi! I'm a little confused by your question. Would it not just be possible to send your website's URL so customers can view your site? If you want to send individual items, then you will have to use a link for each one. It is impossible to send an item's description without sending a unique item URL.
