Inventory issues for online store

Every now and then, we have issues with inventory issues. Today it's happening again. I updated my inventory on the square dashboard. The online store shows everything as sold out. Refreshed a bunch of times and still sold out. Went into the weebly dashboard to see if updating it there would work. It's not listed in the item but then I go in to update it and it knows the "current" inventory. I have no idea what's happening. It's super frustrating because we update inventory daily. With last minute Christmas sugar cookies, we're trying to take orders just online to keep inventory accurate and allow for people to order ahead before coming in, but it's not working. This is my biggest and really only issue with the online store. I feel like it makes me look bad as the owner when the technology doesn't work and it's frustrating for customers. Does anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for reaching out, @sugarlab. I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble with your store. It sounds like there may be a sync delay, although it's hard to say for certain without accessing the account and dashboards. Sync delays are rare, but they can happen from time to time, and are usually outside of your control. I recommend reaching out to our support team here so a rep can checkout your account. They can also consult with the advanced support team to see if there's been any recent reports, and confirm an expected eta.
