Hope you can advise urgently as time is the essence with this query! We want to sell a digital Santa Video and I've set up a new location for just this purpose.
1. The shipping questions are not relevant as we are not physically shipping anything to a physical location, but whatever I choose to enter, with or without delivery options, we keep getting this error when processing a test payment: Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available for the location. I've deleted everything and started from scratch, but still I get this error. I've gone into everything I can think of. I must be missing something.
2. As I said, this is a digital file that will be emailed. I have set the item up as 'digital' but the rest of the set-up (delivery... automatic emails etc.) are not geared for this at all. There will be no mailing, no curbside pickup, no anything! It's just an email. Please advise what settings I should be using.
3. Note I've also had to put the business address as that of one of our Santa Op locations becuase our proper business address has a PO Box number... and your online store does not recognise our business address as valid (which it is!)... and I cannot bypass it.
Appreciate your advice as a matter of urgency, before we run out of time altogether... and Christmas lol! Just LOVING the Calendar Appoinment system by the way!
Oh and I also tried to create a simple link and process payment. Looked good until the test payment we processed got allocated to an inactive old location and there was no way to change this in the link setup...
