Im done with Square

I cannot stay with this company. We are growing so fast, yet their inconsistency with the loan program is disgusting. I literally was 'talked' into joining square by one of their reps who promised me a better loan system than shopify, so we left shopify. Only to find out that we haven't had an offer in 2 months now, and everything on our end is 'perfect.' 
We are regretting leaving shopify, and will have to rebuild our reputation with them again to get the capital we need to keep growing. It's close to Christmas and we desperately need the capital loan for this xmas.

I'm attaching images for anyone who is thinking of joining Square, don't do it. This is outrageous and disgusting. Shame on their reps who 'conned' me into joining them.

@toffeeman its a difficult one. See where you are coming from and I'm surprised with this. As @ChickenRacer  said, reach out to the Square Support team in your area and ask if they can review your account and loan facility. Definitely don't be too hasty, do this before you make a move. Change is hard work and takes time and money to implement, its probably just an oversight by the Square system. Good luck

Tried that. Same copy and paste answer that simply explains “you’re not eligible right now” garbage.

@Twpchair you may be able to help a bit more here as you really understand and have your finger on the pulse with the loans system. From what you know would the information supplied by @toffeeman be within expectations for the loan facility?

1. I want to know how long he's been with Square. I noticed that the carts all appear to look good or great now. But before that, it's flatlined. Could be a slow time, off-season, or was it when he tried the other POS business? 2-3. did he prepay that last loan previous. New businesses that use a POS are ALL going to this . We all remember the days of starting out with low short loans. The algorithm is working and it’s gathering information non stop to put you in the right spot with taking into account your currently new, you have to build a relationship with Square and loans.
