How to remove discount code from showing on the item

I created a discount code for shops to use and no longer needed it. I decided to go with a coupon instead. When I deleted the discount code the name of the code still appears on the online store underneath all of my items.

Is there a way for the code name to be removed from all of the items?

Taking a look at your site right now, I don't see a discount code listed under your items, but I do see "Vendor Wholesale Deals".



Were you eventually able to remove the discount code?

Vendor Wholesale Deals is the discount name that is was referring too. I created that discount for all items and then removed it. The code no longer applies at checkout, but the name of the discount remained under all the items after Vendor Wholesale Deals discount was deleted.

I have seen others having this same issue with the discount feature. When they go to delete the discount from their shop, the name of the discount remains under the items.

Hello @NatesHolistic , I’ve come across this issue before. You’ll need to remove it from two places:
1️⃣ On your dashboard under Discounts (which I believe you’ve already deleted), and
2️⃣ In your Online Store, by removing the sale price from each item.
