To accomplish this, you can establish a team permission set with restricted access to specific features of your account, ensuring control over inventory changes.

 Think I have that one worked out.

 2nd query is for staff to do refunds,  often they manage to ring up a sale as cash but customer is using credit card, so not actually a refund but cancel the cash transaction, for me to do it I need to enter management code.    We are a small bar run by 1 staff member, manager generally not on site.

Hey there @Pub5422 jumping in for Laurie while she is out of the office. At this time transactions can't be cancelled if they are completed. However, if you want to cancel the "cash selection", this permission set exists within the Checkout section.
