I must be confused - Printful and Square

I am trying to sell items that Prinful creates and ships direct to customers but to sell it through my square website. I had a customer try to purchase something - it went through on their card on Square but gave them free shipping and the order failed on the printful side because I hadn't set up my card to pay for it yet. How do I adjust the shipping rates to reflect the printful rates that they are charging me for shipping? I can't find anywhere to set up a shipping setting
