Does anyone know how to address a problem re "Reader not compatible with country' I just purchased a new Reader in the UK for the UK.
Hi there, did you buy it from a high street retailer like Argos or PC World? I have purchased items from selling portals in the past, told it was UK compatible only to find out they are not. If you got it from a reputable retailer might be worth talking further with them direct.

Where did you purchase your Reader from? It does sound like you may have been sent one that was not issued in the UK and therefore will not connect to the Point of Sale app on your phone.
You can file a warranty claim on our website here. You will just need to enter the serial number and skip the order number since it didn't come from us, but please do let me know where you got it so that I can flag this to our hardware teams.
