Hi community,
I noticed that Square recently updated the UI for Items & Services → Categories.
Previously, we could reorder categories directly in
Items → Categories → Rearrange,
as shown in Square’s help documentation here:

However, in the current dashboard UI, the Rearrange button is missing:
Dashboard → Items & Services → Categories
What I see now :
I can only expand categories
I can reorder items inside a category
I can reorder categories inside POS layout (Menus → POS Layout)
But I cannot manually reorder categories for Square Online anymore.
I want to control the order in which categories appear on my Square Online ordering page, not only on POS layout.
Is category sorting for Square Online removed or moved to a new place?
Is there still a way to manually drag and reorder categories for Square Online display?
If not, what controls the category display order on the online ordering page now?

1. I can still order mine but you do it through the categories in the dashboard. Now this may be different depending on if you use the retail or food version of the online store.

3. Alot of what you will see is based on "Sales Channel" Now, that is what makes the category show up or not. Also, item level availability can be set also with sales channels. You can bulk edit this in the item catalog also.
This is the main category page and you have rearrange at the top.
This is where you re-arrange items in a category.
This is the actual item re-arrange.
I keep everything in a reporting category, and then only use certain categories for my websites.
