I set up a link to sell items online, but I can't find a way to collect the customer's mailing address when they purchase the item. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Yes, you can require to collect your customer's home addresses via the Square Online Store for purchases. If you go to Square Online Store > Settings > Checkout > Advanced Settings > Edit, you'll see the following options:

This only seems to work for items in a store, not for donation checkout links.
Nowhere on the screen below is our customers asked for their address.

Hi @CCC_A2 it is currently a feature request to accept addresses with donations. A workaround would be to create the donations as specific items themselves as that would allow you to require the address. The downside is you cannot have a variable priced item for the online store, so the donation amounts would be preset.
Hi Ashley - I see in my checkout form that address is required, but I cannot find that information in the Customer Information, so do not know where to send items. I will have to send individual emails to customers requesting their mailing addresses. Very unprofessional and time consuming! Am I missing something? --Martha
