Google Analytics tag not being seen anymore by Google Merchant

We've been going along swimmingly. But now Google Merchant can't see my Google Analytics tag and can't verify my website. If someone could give step by step on how to put the HTML in my header that would be great or fix the Google Analytics issue

so I started from scratch and put my Google Analytics tags back in and now that's fine but the google verification HTML for the google search console is just gone and then new one doesn't seem to be accepted.

This may be a better question for our direct CS E-Comm team who can take a look at your setup but is the meta tag in there to verify for search console?

You might have one in there for Facebook but not search console.
