How to auto add a tray/packaging fee to specific items on my menu during checkout?

Hi,

I operate out of a ghost kitchen and offer fast food. I also have a large order/catering menu too.

For certain large orders, I'd like to charge a separate, flat $5 "tray/package fee" that would get added to one's online order. I'd like it as a separate fee versus charging $5 more for those specific large items.

Do you know how I would be able to do this?
