How so I change the theme of my site from a resturant type to a simple online retail store

So I have a retail business but my theme and site is like someone hijacked a resturants sight.. asking to "view the menu" etc. 

How do I get rid of the "menu" page, and how can I change this to look more like other retail businesses?
