I completely understand what you’re referring to!

The email you're seeing is tied to the location linked to your Square Online store. To update it, please follow these steps:

Account & Settings

1. From your Dashboard, go to Settings > Account & Settings.

2. Select Personal Information > Sign in & Security if you want to update the email address used to log into your Square account.

3. To update the email address for your Square Online dropdown, go to My Business > Locations.

4. Select the location linked to your Square Online site, then update the email address and click Save to apply the changes.


Square Online

1. Go to Online > Shared Settings or Settings > General.

2. Confirm that the details are correctly displayed on this page.

3. Next, click Notifications and make sure the updated email address is included so you continue receiving order notification emails.
