I just searched and couldn't find info on this exact subject, so sorry if it already exists. I see that there is a contact form on the square website editor that you can add. But where does this info go when someone adds it in? Are they added into customers? Is there any way to use 3rd party marketing (I currently use Omnisend) like mailchimp to have this info collected there? I see mailchimp can be connected JUST to be able to add products into campaigns. Looking at the square email marketing tab it seems a little clunky but that might just be because it is new for me. I don't see a way to add an imbeded form anywhere but could be missing it. Any help or opinions would be awesome. Thanks guys!
Hi, regarding the Contact Us form you can edit the form settings from the Square Dashboard, Website, Edit Website, select Contact Us, scroll down to Settings, select Form Settings.

I have my form set up to my email in settings and i'm still not getting the emails to my gmail account. frustrating.

Are you having any other issues with notifications from Square?
Double check your notification settings on your Dashboard and in your email address to make sure you're receiving all notification from Square.
How many form submission emails have not sent to you?

Thank you! I just tried it today and it worked!! Also, one more thing that is bugging me! I want to add another Button "book now" button in my footer or lower on my main page, but it doesn't offer the option except for in header and middle of page! Any ideas??

Right now, there are limited options you can add to the footer on Online Store.
You have the option to add an external link, but not another button. Check out this Support Article on how to do that.

You can receive these Contact Form entries via email, or view them on your Square Online Dashboard under Website > Form Entries - you can view submissions for any form added to your website here. If you would like to see individual entries, you can click on a contact form, and use the export button on the upper right to download a CSV of all data for the selected one.
You could likely use this CSV to enter collected information into 3rd-party databases/tools, @dheselton!
