HI, you would need to adjust the DNS settings within your GoDaddy dashboard.

If you are moving it to a different hosting provider have their DNS information ready. You can search their support pages for how-to. Please give the settings a few hours to reset and the domain will be live again.
If you are are just wanting to park it you can adjust the DNS back to the original GoDaddy settings.
