How do I (can I) add text to the TITLE of an CATEGORY page?

Does anyone know how to, or if I can, add text to the TITLE of a CATEGORY page. I have different Category pages where the different types of my products are sold. At the top of the section there is a single word title describing the items on that page. I sell seed so, for example, one of the pages is "Perennials". I don't know where this title is coming from. But I would like to modify it to give a brief description of what Perennials actual are. It would be nice to give a brief description on all the different items pages as to what those items are....something more than just one word. Any ideas anyone?

HI, currently the editor or site category does not give the option or feature to add description for a category.
