How do I change my store name in 'Shipping From' address?

I have changed the store name in all other parts of the site, including basic information under Account Settings, and my new name is the only location listed under Accounts and Settings. However, it still displays the old store name on the 'Shipping From' location and the business name is greyed out when I click edit within that section.

HI, your account is based on the initial information given at signup.  Even though you changed everything you can access on your Dashboard, only Customer Support can update.

 

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

Thanks for the reply- this is the most helpful information so far! I had contacted Customer Support on Thursday about this but they were not very helpful and ended up just stopping responding to my inquiries and then logging off- very frustrating. I've emailed them and will get back in touch with them tomorrow to try again.
