Invoice not sending

Hi,

 

I just attempted to send an invoice to a customer and it didn’t send to them and when I attempt to see the invoice tab on my square app it does not appear. I then attempted to send myself various invoices both in text and email to see if it would work and it hasn’t.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

This sounds odd - I'm not aware of any issues with the invoices system at the moment and was able to successfully send invoices on a test account. One possible reason a Square account isn't able to send invoices is if the account has not yet been activated to take payments - do you know if this may be the case? Are you able to access and send Invoices from the Online Dashboard at all?

 

While we're not able to do a deeper dive into your Square account via our Seller Community forum, if you're still having trouble I recommend contacting support for further assistance - they'll be able take a look into the back end of the account to work out what might be happening here.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "More" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
