How do I Change Subscription Shipping Price?

It seems that every time I try to find the subscription shipping price it has moved. Where can I find this now?

Hello! We appreciate you reaching out here on the Square Community, @WheelersWild1s.

When you are first setting up a subscription plan, you should be given the option to adjust this setting from the "service charge" selection. Feel free to follow these steps to add this (step 9 on the screenshot below shows specifically when and where you can add a shipping charge to your subscription plan): 

I will also go ahead and leave a helpful article here as well on managing item subscription plans in case you are wanting to learn more about this function.

Hello thank you for the reply.

This works if I want to create a subscription for someone, however if I want people to sign up for a subscription through a payment link it is charging them $8.95. If they click the start subscription button through the item page it charges them the 5 dollars for shipping that I have set up for that item.

For sure, @WheelersWild1s! Sorry for the confusion.

I believe this is what you are asking for: From the main Dashboard menu, go to Settings > Account & Settings > Click on "Fulfillment methods" > Then select "Shipment." From here you should be able to adjust these shipping fees.

So I went there and have all of my shipping profiles set up, however none of my shipping profiles have $8.95 as the price. So I'm not sure what happened to the shipping fulfillment like the picture in the reply in the second link in my last comment. Is this a bug now that subscription fulfillment is no longer an option?

See this first picture is $5.00 shipping that's through adding it to my cart and checking out. The second photo is when i click the payment link for the exact same item and it's charging $8.95 for shipping. How can I change that

I see what you mean, @WheelersWild1s. So I ended up checking with our Operations team and I believe we were finally able to get this figured out for you. Sorry for the back and forth!

It looks like these settings were moved to the Payment Link Settings section of your Dashboard. Here is a direct link to that section. Once on that page, if you scroll to the bottom, you will see a section labeled "Fulfillment" (see screenshot below). It currently shows that the Shipping fee is $8.95. From here, you are able to edit these settings.

Fingers crossed that this is what you were looking for. Please let me know if it is and if not, we will keep looking.

Yay! Thank you soooo much, I've been trying so hard to find this! I really appreciate you!

It would make it easier if they got rid of this shipping fee and just made it so each subscription was connected to the item shipping fee and that would eliminate all problems. Because I am not able to change the shipping fee for each individual item it will always be set to this shipping fee. If people add item to cart and checkout that way it automatically applies the shipping profile that each item is assigned too. So I don't know if there is a contradiction that would make it so the fulfillment shipping fee for payment links could just be eliminated all together.

I definitely understand what you are saying though. We want to ensure that our tools and functions are as user-friendly as possible. So I will make sure to submit your feedback on this and hopefully on the next go-round of updates they can adjust or update this sometime soon.
