I don't know since when but my online store is published but it cannot accept orders.
I went to the checkout menu and see that the accept orders options is turned off.
I immediately turn it on, but I get no response from the system. Then I navigate away from the settings page, and when I come back the setting is again set to Not to accept orders.
Please help, I need my store up and running
@kekoapoke eek, could be a browser issue. Do you have the same issue on Google Chrome?

I used firefox and chrome and got the same result. The day after it was working OK. Not sure what happened.
My concern is that it was working the day before and the day after. The day of the gitch I didn't even go into the dashboard after notified by customers.
So maybe my browser did not allow me to turn it back on, but something on your side turned it off in the first place
Hope we can figure this one out, so it doesn't happen again

This definitely sounds buggy and I'd recommend reaching out to our direct CS team as soon as you're able to have a ticket filed.
