Issues with Options Sets

We have an annual seed packet sale and we are doing it online this year. I added them all back in October but forgot one, lettuce. I am using an option set since there are multiple kinds of lettuce. I am also adding the inventory number for each kind. Only the first item is showing up on the online store as available for purchase. Also, when I add inventory numbers the message under Gateway Greening Inc is Shipping Available for the first item and Status Unknown for the rest in that option set. Any ideas?
