How can I enable Abandoned Cart Reminders with a Namecheap domain and WordPress site?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been getting a lot of abandoned carts, and I really want to enable the Abandoned Cart Reminders feature to recover those sales. However, I haven’t been able to turn it on.

My domain is registered with Namecheap, and I’m using WordPress for my site. I’m wondering:

• Do I need to switch my domain to Square to use this feature?

• Or is there a way to set this up through WordPress, maybe with a plugin, without relying on Square's built-in Marketing tools?

Any suggestions or workarounds would be a huge help.

You will need to contact WordPress to see what options they offer. The abandoned cart feature is only available for Square online/ Weebly users.
