Hi all. Has anyone experienced when their debit terminal randomly disconnects from the internet and says that you can accept payments offline, but then the payment never comes through? I messaged support about it and of course they do not know anything about what is going on. Please help.

Are you using wifi or cellular data with your Terminal? Do you experience any internet issues on other devices.
Normally, when the device is reconnected to the internet - those offline payments will go through. Could you give me some more insight on if you see anything in your transactions for the offline payments?
Are they all the same type of payments that you're seeing this on?
They more detail, the better to give me insight on what you're seeing. I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
