How can I edit my Email & Text Alerts content?

Hello!

 

I am having trouble finding a way to edit the content in my Email & Text Alerts. I have these alerts turned on so that customers can receive emails and text messages when their order is confirmed and when it is ready for pickup. However, I want to change what the message says. Is there a way to do this?

I took a look in the Email & Text Alert settings here, but I also did not find an option to customize. It was possible in the past to customize the body of these emails, at least.

I'm currently reaching out to our Square Online support team to confirm. I'll let you know what I find out!

Hello - I need to edit the body of the emails we send out, as we change it seasonally to fit how customers can pick up their orders. Where did you find how to change the text, as I also saw this functionality was removed in 2025? Our language is currently INCORRECT and we need to change it so customers know how to receive their order.

 

This is so frustrating.
