Hello,
I have a store I run, and the shipping prices (say, 20$) are included in the product price when you buy it, wherever we ship. However, if the customer plans to buy the product online but pickup in store, I want a solution that reduces the price, because shipping isn't needed.
I've tried coupons and discounts, but these solutions don't really work, as not every product will have the same discount (depending more on the category of product).
Any workarounds to my problem?

Hey @preplan0433,

That’s a great question. Currently, Square doesn’t have a built-in way to automatically adjust pricing based on shipping versus in-store pickup.
A possible workaround would be to create two versions of each item, one with the shipping cost included and another labeled for in-store pickup at a lower price.
Alternatively, you can use item variations to manage this. You can learn more about setting up item variations and options here.
Let me know how it goes.
