I’m hoping someone here might be able to help or provide insight. We’re currently experiencing an issue where any new items we add or updates we make in our Square dashboard are not syncing to our online website, even after publishing.
For example:
We have an item called Rib Plate that was originally listed at $19.99. We changed the price to $17.99 in the Square dashboard, and it is correctly updated there under Items. However, the online ordering site still shows the old $19.99 price, even after publishing changes.
This issue started on Thursday, June 26th, and we reached out to Square support the same day. They’ve confirmed the issue has been escalated to their engineering team, but we still haven’t received a resolution. It’s affecting our ability to keep our online store up to date, and we’re concerned about the lack of communication and progress.

Did you allow some time to pass before you checked the price? It takes a little bit to sync. You don't need to publish changes, simply save the changes you made and after a bit of time has passed the price will change. I use the dashboard to update items, it is the only place you can.
Yes apparently from square it’s a bug so i just have to wait which is a killer because our online orders is a pretty big part of our sales
