Getting error when creating international shipping labels

I don't ship too many international orders. Anyone know why I am getting this error and cannot print the shipping label? And how to fix it?02d6c3b7-dc1a-412d-9639-3c261bd176dc.jpg We use Shippo which is connected to Square. There is a phone number on the order. This doesn't happen with orders shipped within the United States.

Thanks for providing that info @mountaingranny. I went ahead and escalated this.

 

One suggestion from the team is to try disconnecting and reconnecting Shippo.

 

Hopefully that resolves the issue, but if you receive another international order and the problem happens again, feel free to reach back out here. You can also contact our Online Support Team at 855 700 6000, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time.

What order number was this? Where was it being shipped to? Did you try switching browsers? Any other additional details you can provide would be helpful.
