Fulfillment option changing on its own

We only offer delivery on our items that are sold online.  The default is delivery/pickup and all items are set to the same. However, randomly someone will place an order and shipping is their only option.  I can tell when the orders come through they are different.  I also worry that someone who is outside of the delivery area will be able to place an order if this happens to them.  This is completely random as to who it happens to and when. Why is this happening?

HI, to understand, you only offer delivery, you can check a couple of places to see what may be the issue.  

Does each item correctly state its correct fulfillment method?  Also, you can check your Advanced Settings to verify delivery only.

 

Here are breadcrumbs and screenshot to verify.

Online Dashboard, Website, Checkout, far right Advanced Settings, scroll down to Default Fulfillment Method

So I have checked a few places and made sure that the option is delivery.  The weird thing is that it randomly happens.  We offer a meal delivery weekly and there are only 2 items available at a time.  I attached a screen shot of the orders for this week.  There were 3 orders that came through as shipping.  All of these customers have ordered previously, and they did not order the same thing.  It is so random and I feel like square online is just not stable.

HI, are they in the same category?  Do you have them setup in Categories?  Check other Categories and see if this one is setup the same.
