Form has stopped emailing notifications -URGENT

Something is screwy - My only form, the one that I drive all my business through, stopped sending me submission notifications. 
So I looked at the community forum, saw a recommendation to delete the form and start again.
Did that, still doesn't work and now I have deleted hundreds of form submissions. 

The only reason I found out was a prospective customer got sick of waiting and phoned me. 

It was working this morning (last successful receipt of notification at 06.33am)

Then it wasn't - without any interaction/changes/edits from me. 

I can't imagine how many I've missed - primarily now that I inadvertently nuked all my submissions on the old form.

The form IS working in that it sends to the Form submission section of the Square Dash, but I need to be notified - my business is about getting on the quote as soon as it happens. 

I really need this sorted.

To troubleshoot on your forms further, we'd have to take a look into your account, which we're unfortunately not able to do via our community forum.
