Email Notification Issues and Ability to Review Orders Directly on Website

There’s one thing that I’ve been asking for repeatedly- more control over the review system. I know this is not in regards to branding, but it’s such a huge problem on the site. Customers only get one auto email to review. And my orders go out at all different times as some are made to order. 
I would like for people to be able to review directly from the site. I have so many buyers who would gladly leave me a review but accidentally deleted the email. Reviews are so important to business now. Please change this. I’m planning to leave Square as soon as I can to get more control over this. I’ve only got about seven reviews on my website total after three years.
