How to add various options

My dilemma

i Offer custom tshirts and DTF prints (similar to screen prints). My goal for my page is to be able to A) offer a print only option with different sizes and also B) allow for an option for that print to be put on clothing. 

example: someone wants a mama print put on a small black gildan tshirt. I want those options to be available, as well as upgrades to different other brands.
