Does cancelling an online order refund the customer?

Hello,

I had to refund a customer for an online order since he no longer wanted it. I do see the refund for products he purchased but not sure if the shipping charges were refunded too. Anyone knows if they get refunded automatically once I cancel the order or I have to do it manually?

Hi @nishant3112,

You should of had the option of refunding the charge right as you cancelled the order.

You can always go into Transactions and refund the payment if not though or it got skipped.
