MW506 tax report (Maryland Withholding)

Does anyone know how to download state-specific employer tax withholding reports? Specifically, I am looking for the MW506 withholding report for Maryland state tax. I see Square is withholding the funds properly for each employee but I cannot find a record of these reports actually being filed. My accountant needs them to verify our payroll expenses.
