Although you can add itemized taxes to individual items, it is not currently possible to add taxes to an entire category.
We can see how that function would be helpful!
We encourage you to visit our Ideate section of the Seller Community and search for others requesting this same feature, then add your voice to their post. You can also post your own Feature Request for others to upvote. Our Product team has direct visibility of the requests on these boards and considers them when planning future updates.
