Displaying full image in popup

Hi! I created a custom graphic that I want to display as a popup on the site. Every popup layout cuts my image and doesnt show the full thing. Is there a way around this? For example, I have this vertical graphic that I want to display as a popup but each layout option cuts it off

Hi @bigpearlcaviar, welcome to the Community! 🙂

Good question, and thank you for providing a screenshot! Those pop-up templates are mostly set-and-forget, aside from adding an image, button, background, and text, there isn’t much flexibility to customise the layout further.

While Square doesn’t publish exact dimensions for pop-up images, a horizontal aspect ratio like 1200x628px generally works well. To help prevent anything from being cut off, we recommend adding white space or padding around key elements and keeping any logos or text centred. If the image still looks cropped, try uploading a slightly smaller version with the same aspect ratio, this can often help it fit more cleanly within the container.

The free photo editor in Canva is a great tool that can help with the above recommendations.
