Different times for the same service

I know it's not possible at the moment but can we please get a way to have the same service but  different processing times. I have some barbers that do a 40 minute haircut and some that do a 30 minute haircut. If I add 2 services it looks weird having 2 durations and people wonder if they aren't as good because they take a bit long when it's just a personal choice. It would make everything so much easier and every other appointment app does this already.
