As stated in subject. How are you supposed to verify DNS if you can't add a new record successfully ?

Please review the troubleshooting provided by @RobynR in this thread to see if that helps. One of our Square Champions, @TheRealChipA also ran into this issue and he was able to resolve after an escalation to our Engineering Team.
