How can I get customers to call to complete an online order?

 It isn't possible to set up shipping profiles due to the unique nature of our items. All of our items  are different shapes, sizes and weights. Therefore, I would like to have customers call us to complete their online orders. That way, we would be able to work out the shipping costs directly with them to complete the online order.

Hi @sarahwv, I appreciate you reaching out on the Square Community! 

One option is you could set up your website where it is more of a gallery showing all of the items that you offer and then have a notation on your site that mentions you do not accept online orders, but if customers would be interested in placing an order they can give you a call. Then once they call in, you could input their particular sale either through a hidden portion of your site that is just for your use, or process the payment through a Terminal/Virtual Terminal and ship it accordingly.
