When you go into a popular coffee shop like Starbucks they have a printer that is a "sticky label printer" When the customer orders the employee is able to print a ticket and stick it to the item ordered. This takes the hasstle of having to write up an order everytime, or order sharpies to write on the item ordered. The problem is that square is not allowing me to customize what I need on the receipt printed, so there is all of this unnecessary information on it like " Square online order 12230485, the customers name, what printer it printed from, and then a lot of extra white paper that prints with nothing on it. How does a company like square not have a better system in place for this? PLEASE ALLOW CUSTOMIZED PRINTED RECEIPTS!!! I bought the appropriate printer, and am still not able to use because of how obnoxious the amount of space the words take up the receipt. SO MUCH unneeded information. YOU NEED TO ALLOW CUSTOMIZATION, each store is different, with different needs. This is VERY ANNOYING.
