When I create a new physical item in Square, the stock numbers sync fine in online store. When the item is changed to an event, they do not. I have to add stock to the online store so that customers can buy online. However, the number of tickets a customer can buy online is limited to what shows on Square, not on Square online. I am very confused. This issue did not use to happen. What am I doing wrong?

Are you changing the item type when it's in the Online Store?
It sounds like there is some disconnect in that case. Is it only happening with your event items?
A more direct option would be to reach out to our CS Team directly. They can take a deeper look & even file a ticket with our engineers to dive into the behavior.
