Customers can't leave a review comes up 404

Hi There... I have received an email from a customer that tried to leave a review and and when he clicked the link to do so it came up as a 404 page. I was wondering why I stopped getting product reviews. It used to work now it doesn't ... can anyone help 🙂

I personally haven't seen any other cases of this but it could just be the browser they're using.
