We are taking reservations for our whole roaster chickens, ready this fall. The only fulfillment option I have selected is "Pick-Up" but people are still submitting orders with shipping. It's charging them the standard $6 fee I have assigned for other products. I can't select even select shipping when I try to test an order. Where am I not looking for turning this off? We will not be shipping frozen chickens in general. 🙂
I found the problem! "Payment Links" have their own settings so I turned off the shipping. It kind of stinks that it can't be item specific though. We don't want to ship meat but we do want to be able to ship our merchandise and tallow products.
