Customers are not receiving email saying their order has been shipped.
We have send email selected.
I can't determine the reason why it is not working.

Has this just started happening recently, and have you made any changes to your site that may have required you to publish the site again?
We'll get you to navigate to your Communications > Email & text alerts page and see if you can send yourself a test email for Items Shipped. To do this, select the ellipses, then select Send Test Email, and let us know if you receive this.
Are you also able to confirm whether this behaviour is consistent for every shipped order?
